Bush Pilots’ Lounge strives to be an authentic, uniquely Ketchikan restaurant. Since we’re perched above multiple float plane docks, we’re looking for local aviation photographs to adorn the walls in our dining room and lobby. In addition to working with the fine folks at Tongass Historical Museum, we’re seeking photo submissions from Ketchikan locals.

We’re particularly interested in photos that…

• Represent aviation in Ketchikan and the surrounding areas

• Show people. We want to share the human side of bush aviation, not just the machines

• Were taken before the year 2000, particularly the 1970’s - 1990’s.

• You have the physical print that we can scan

• Are visually interesting
